Mystery thingy - where from?

Mystery thingy - where from?

Post by Peder » December 14th, 2014, 8:43 am

Last night this object came into my hands at the Meet n' Deet:

Now the great mystery is who created this? And no, I will not take "God" as an answer! If the creator is to shy to post their name on the forum, he/she is welcome to send me a PM.

I am absolutely delighted with this artwork and at 6.30 this morning I did a touch of hammering to install it above my desk, where it will remain for many years. So a very big thank you to whoever created this!

PS: It is Don Nelsen walking on both screens in quest of huckleberries!

Where I work, we typically know that someone isn't long to stay there when they start cutting things on the laser cutter for their own personal use. One guy cut a one yard high Harley-Davidson shield out of 16 gauge brushed stainless steel sheet, and he was gone two weeks later.

I hope this wasn't the case for your piece of art, but if it was, it's very nicely done.

And please folks, don't ask me to cut you something on the laser at work, I'm still a temp and I enjoy my job!

It's beautiful.

Were you there, Karl? I didn't see you, but I didn't stick around long.
I should have brought you a complementary Christmas tree ornament. :D
