Deschutes flower ID

Is this Creeping buttercup? Seen on the wetter sides of hills in the Deschutes.

It's real purdy....

...and goes so well with the topography.

And I saw this furry, dessicated tuft on the dry side of those hills. Looked and felt like cotton.

The plant was a bit ratty but still sturdy and stiff after the winter winds.

I think the yellow flower is a sagebrush buttercup 9Ranunculus glaberrimus).

I don't know what the 'lil furry one is.

I found some Ranunculus glaberrimus out there too, and agree on the species name.
