Can anyone tell me what species of Delphinium grows on Cook Hill's upper meadows?

Hard to tell just from the photo, but your larkspur of choice in meadows going east is upland larkspur (Delphinium nuttallianum).

Yeah, I agree. It has stripes on the upper petals.
