First outing with iPhone 5s, inc. slo-mo

Post by BrianEdwards » October 14th, 2013, 3:54 pm

Had a good Sunday up the Clackamas chasing waterfalls with Rusty Goat and Merelunacy. Three outta five spots chosen had falls. Great trip guys!

It was also my first chance to use the new iPhone 5s in the woods.

I decided to try the customizable Slow Motion function if the video on 48 ft tall Ogre Creek Falls, over near the Elk Lake Creek trailhead.

Video with slow-mo adjusted to middle of video...

Photos, uploaded from the phone

Hopefully I'll get to shoot some more familiar/interesting subjects in the near future.

Nice! :) So, how are you liking 5s? I haven't ordered mine. Maybe by the end of this month.

Have you heard about this? lol

Thanks. So far the phone has been joyous to own. The battery life has been the biggest improvement. It's a lot snappier then the 5 as well.
