I sent in a comment on the initial ORV plan last fall and was rewarded by a CD I found in my mailbox. I will take a look at it one of these days. Comments are due October 28, so I'll probably look later rather than sooner, with too many things on my plate already for September.

I hope to see comments from those who make their way through the CD sooner than I will.

For what it's worth, threats of a legal challenge from any organization are very apt to make the USFS change it's mind. It has already happened on the replacement for the Suiattle River Bridge on the Pacific Crest Trail in Washington.
