The trail into McCord Falls is open, which has a nice view of Elowah Falls. You can also see the slide and the bridge sticking. out of the slide. Not sure why the gorge trail from the East is closed , as it has an upper view point , but maybe they want to discourage people from going anywhere near the slide.
