Some places are opening a bit before that as well. I had a reservation for 6/5-6/8 at a Central Oregon park that was cancelled last month. I received an e-mail yesterday offering to restore that reservation. So if you had a reservation at a park that's opening for the next week/weekend, keep an eye out for a similar email.
