FS is in the process of exchanging land near Cooper Spur that's more environmentally sensitive, for 110 acres near Government Camp for a new resort to be built by Mt Hood Meadows

I would think the exchange would now make it less advantageous for Meadows now that Timberline has plans to glom up Gov Camp.
