I tend to try not to blame victims but if someone looking at that rock decided that standing under it for any length of time whatsoever was a good idea, they probably deserve whatever might happen next.

The Cabbage Rock formation was actually a quarter mile from Cabbage Hill near Pendleton and was destroyed to protect citizens.
