Volunteer Trail work 1/2 Day - Whistle Punk, Carson, WA

Post by Ryan Ojerio » July 3rd, 2018, 1:19 pm

Hi folks,

The Whistle Punk trail is a delightful interpretive trail just off the Wind River Hwy past Carson (you might have gone by the turn off at Hemlock on your way to Trapper Creek Wilderness or Indian Heaven).

Its a great trail for kids and families and at one time was ADA accessible. But its pretty badly overgrown. Come join us for a 1/2 day work party from 9am to 1pm. No experience necessary; bring the kids too.

Info and Registration at: https://www.wta.org/volunteer/schedule/ ... 000000gCY/

- Thanks, Ryan

The first part is really brushy!
