I am looking for a few folks for regular training hikes and intermittent bigger outings. With the trails drying up, it is my intent to use a few close, no-nonsense hikes for trainers - Table, Defiance, Elk/Kings - usually weekend mornings, though Friday afternoon are possible.
Trail runners or mountaineers-in-training are good matches for me - someone comfortable doing 10-15 miles somewhat quickly, willing to work for more. Someone who is fitness minded, for sure.
Interest in Timberline, Loowit, and other high mileage trails is a plus! Maybe you're down to suffer a bit? Get out early?
