PCT 2024

Post by westy » December 3rd, 2023, 8:58 am

Hi, Haven't been here for a decade but am permitted for the PCT Class of 2024 and looking for companions in the same class who want to condition together. Anyone know where I can connect, excluding FBook!

There's here, of course. There's also a fairly active PCT group on Reddit; /r/pacificcresttrail that may be of interest.

I'm active on the latter though I plan to be on trail in 2025.

I did the Oregon section of the PCT in 2022 - happy to answer any questions you might have regarding that section.

I hope to tackle the whole thing next, but likely will take on WA next.

Cheers and Happy Trails!

when did you do it in 2022? Did you hit a lot of snow?

is there a train station where PCT crosses I-5 near Ashland, that you can get off the train and onto the PCT?
