Hey guys I'm Joe, I recently got back into it. I like day hikes that include a quick pace, running when possible. After a recent motorcycle accident I'm just going after it. In the past few weeks I've logged hikes/rail runs ranging from 3-16 miles. The 16 miles was more of a test of the will but I would like to increase that mileage as well. I like Hagg lake trails, gorge of course, kings mountain, cascade head south, and just local trail runs. I'm am hour South of Portland. I feel ready to tackle the 3 sisters mountains at this point for some nice elevation gain and distance. PM me if you care to join!
