Hi there,

I've decided to stop lurking on this wonderful site...step into the light, and say hello. (It could have something to do with the fact that it's 3:45 am and stepping out of comfort zones are possible at that time.) Anyway, I've been an avid hiker for several years now, although in the last couple it's become somewhat obsessive. I hike once a week during the year....and then usually travel and hike throughout the summer.

I think you have done amazing work with this site. It has been a great resource to me.

Thanks for stepping bravely into this wacky and wonderful world of sharing our hiking addictions Annie! We are all "somewhat obsessive" but you have support here : )
