Primrose Trail?
Re: Primrose Trail?
Great work.
Re: Primrose Trail?
Hiked and enjoyed about a month ago when I saw the wooden shorts, the forest felt good there, probably from this new trail magic. Cutest and most on-the-nose flagging anyway. And of course I do appreciate all the hard work Red Shorts has done up there, so thank you again!
Re: Primrose Trail?
Red Shorts says "You are most welcome".
The only complaints he has heard lately have been accessing the Red Shorts Cut route from Angel's Rest summit,
where the poison oak is the "worst yet".
Red Shorts laments that he is extremely allergic so he can not deal with the poison oak at this late stage.
Earlier, he had spent over 3 hours very carefully brushing and grubbing poison oak from
the Wahkeena Falls paved trail.
There still is a lot of poison oak there, but at least one can now avoid it.
He is concerned that now that the plant is at seed stage, seeds will travel higher with animals and hiker's boot bottoms. Could Forest Service, TKO, or anyone help out?

Well Jim, where to next?
