So where do you think we went today?

OK Folks - A full report in a couple of days but I wanted to see if any one you can guess where we went today.
Here are your clues:

- We are on a Summit
- Directly in front of us was Mt. Hood
- To our South West we could See East Zig Zag Mountain
- This place has been discussed in it's own thread in this forum this year.

Well done, Slide Mountain it is - I think I gave you too many clues :^)..

Should get it all written up by tomorrow but to answer your question no we didn't make it over to the PCT this time.

Hey, that's COOL, Guy -- I was scoping it out from McNeil Point last week... trying to figure out if the open areas on the maps were really viewpoints..!
