Lost Trail from Demaris Lake to Green Lakes

Hello All,

I have been planning my loop hike around the south Sister and have seen on some old maps an abandoned trail straight from Demaris Lake south to Green Lakes.

Has anyone ever seen this trail leaving south from Demaris or traveled the trail before? I have searched around online and have found no mention of it but I am hoping someone has some experience with it. I have a GPS and am comfortable going off trail but don't want to spend the whole day chasing a trail around. I like the idea of a bit of exploring also and think it'd be a fun hike as long as there is still a sign of a trail.

I don't know about that, but I've gone from Camp Lake south to the pass above Green Lakes. I describe it in the field guide. There are places where there is sign of an old trail. It's pretty straightforward, I'm not into dangerous rock climbing or anything.
