Oregon has avoided large number of deaths. If you look at deaths per million population, only 5 states are better than us. But I think we had more risk because of proximity to Washington and California, our high tech industry associating with China and other countries. We will avoid even more death...

From what I've read, this is not directly due to COVID-19, but indirectly related. People have been disperse camping and dumping trash and garbage and other gross stuff which state employees now have to go in and clean up. NF-65 near IHW is still under 2-5 feet of snow. If you leave now, the washout should be irrelevant as it is filled with snow.
