Curious where you might have first encountered snow?? We came up Boulder Ridge, and didn't hit any until after the non-junction with the decommissioned Plaza Trail, around 3900' or so. Not much, except in the few balds on Huckleberry Mountain where it was a foot or foot and a half deep. Nothing sig...

Snow level mid-4000s on west side of Adams (PCT and Riley Trail). On the PCT it's that low huh?? Thought it would be much higher there due to the burn. In that area, only the upper part of the PCT is in burn, so I wouldn't be surprised if after wallowing through some snow, you reached dry ground, m...

Ha! Hey Roman, I was there the day after you, on Sunday 6/18, since it was forecast as the better weather day of the weekend for views. Early on, not so great, but as the day went the clouds cleared making for some really nice views. Took a few of the same pics as you. I forgot how steep this trail...

Dean, That is a fun little trail, & you are right on the 9085 road number. It is a short distance east of the 88 Rd Jct. It is good paved road all the way up. I like the sound of this a lot.
