Lots of snow down there still. At 3,800 feet Hanging rock will not be accessible yet.

Its a non profit 501 (c)(3), which means you can absolutely see their tax returns if you want to. Salaries of top execs should also be available as they have a budget exceeding $50,000.

Trail closures are frustrating for sure. My biggest problem with them is the complete lack of consistency about what requires a closure. I can't say that I have a lot of respect for many of them.
