Landrover Contest for Non Profit

Land Rover is giving a Land Rover Defender to a deserving non profit. Portland Mountain Rescue is in the final five in their category. You can vote once a day. I have already voted for them. They are in desperate need of a new rig. Here is the link: https://www.landroverusa.com/experiences/events-an...

In 4wheel low it climbs up and over rocks, small downed trees etc. We have never been stuck or had to turn around because of road conditions. I can't say...

Re: covid vaccines currently available

Yeah Jerry, I signed up with everyone in Hood River. They all say don't call us we'll contact you.

Re: covid vaccines currently available

I've been trying for weeks to get a vaccine. I don't know what the heck Hood River County is doing but it sure isn't getting people vaccinated. The people I know who have managed to get a vaccine have all got them at Safeway. I don't know one single person who has received one through a healthcare p...

Re: Trip Report for Deschutes Upper Trail with a question

I agree, keep posting. My hiking days are limited physically so I live vicariously through people who hike the places I can no longer go. I enjoy seeing all types of trip reports.

Re: Kate Creek Ski Trail #620

That used to be a great place to go. Quite extensive option of routes. Kate creek was one of my favorites, very sad when the floods disrupted that whole area.
