Sleeping at Trailhead rules/etiquette

Within the boundaries of a National Wilderness Area:
1. Is is allowable to set up a tent at a trailhead?
2. Is it allowable to sleep in your car at a trailhead?

Storey Burn Loop Hike 01-07-16

Hiked the Storey Burn Loop in Tillamook Forest today. Started at the Summit trailhead, which was quite icy. The trail was passable, but icy and some deep snow in places.

Thanks for the post and the photos. I tried to hike up to Dog Mountain on Saturday morning as well. Got up to the point where the middle trail and the eastern trail meet and then came back down. The area was socked in and the tube to my water bladder was frozen solid.
