when I can disappear, between work or other obligations, I'm down for mid-week hikes. Work vehicle is out of service today and tomorrow, so I am going hiking tomorrow, Thursday.

Glacier National Park, Sept. 10-14 or 15 . The group I had together has, of course, fallen apart as people bailed. So, if you have the time, we have room for two more people. I did well to reserve the room at Swiftcurrent Lodge way back in January, as even then, rooms were already booked. We'll stop...

i like an overnighter, at some gorgeous locale. In a tent, I am afflicted with sleeplessness, so one night is plenty. Two days gone is a better fit with the rest of my life.
