No, this one is just past Fern Creek maybe 3/4 mile but not quite to High Bridge. You can see the cliffs...

The trail is closed about 1/2 mile past Fern Creek Bridge, so you can do Tish and then Fern Creek then stop 1/2 mile later. Your picture 3 from the bottom appears to be a quinine conk. Usually found on very large old-growth trees. I'm glad it didn't hit anyone on the way down!

Re: Warning signs missing from Oneonta Gorge footbridge
Good catch on the missing signs. We (Forest Service) just got the bridge repaired so the signs are no longer needed. All the nuts and bolts on the bridge got replaced...the old ones were so rusty that they were falling off or cracking. That bridge was installed in the 60s so hopefully we'll get 50 m...

Thank you to all of the volunteers
Just a quick shout out to all of the volunteers who have already put in hundreds of hours removing dozens of trees and mudslides in the last month! The Forest Service is keeping track of all reports of trail damage and fallen logs and coordinating with volunteers to prioritize these. For now, just k...
