I will be there - looking forward to it! And, I will actually remember to bring my raffle item this year - a small day pack designed to carry camera equipment with a few essentials.

Was great to see you out on the trail! We ended up finding the Paradise Ridge trail #124 on Christmas Day and it is a fun hike with some views.

Christmas 2013 in Trapper Creek Wilderness

My 2014 resolution is to be more diligent about posting trip reports. In that spirit, I am posting these hikes from 12/24 and 12/25. I was fortunate enough to receive an invitation to spend a few days at my friend's cabin in Stabler, WA. Day One: Sister Rocks via Big Hollow trail After Christmas Eve...

Re: On the Lookout for Badger Creek Loop 24-Oct-2013

VM - Thanks for posting this TR. I visited this area two weeks in a row - the first time with Karl on 10/20/2013 and the second time on 10/25/2013 for a solo trek starting at the Gumjuwac Saddle TH . The drive along FR 44 and 4410 was so beautiful with all of the golden larches - highly recommend! B...
