Does anyone know if the Kate Creek Ski Trail is owned by Teacup Nordic? It's not part of the resort map on the website, but there doesn't seem to be a parking area for it either.

While camped on the PCT near South Sister on 9/1, I heard a series of explosions coming from up on the mountain. It was not gunfire. The explosions sounded timed, almost evenly spaced. I know, right? Sometimes I read reviews of natural areas for the entertainment. So many people write bad reviews about things like the weather or lack of wildlife, as if someone might read it and care. Or as if anyone has CONTROL over such things.
