How is the snow level at Trillium? Is it enough to snowshoe yet? I'm thinking of taking some folks up there this weekend who've never been snowshoeing.

Great report, thank you. What kind of pants were you wearing for this hike? Heavy fleece. It seems like smoother material would hold less snow, and thus stay drier, but I've never been uncomfortably damp in fleece. Thanks for the info. How were the mosquitoes? We went up last year about this time and they were horrible. Went up around this time a few years ago and they were nonexistent. Hoping to find that mozzie-free window for Stagman Ridge.
