Driving Directions

From the east end of Estacada, at the junction with Highway 211S for Molalla and Woodburn, keep straight on Highway 212 for North Fork Lake.

Keep going for 25.6 miles (Highway 224 becomes FR 46), passing the Ripplebrook Ranger Station and Campground to reach the junction with FR 57 for Timothy Lake.

Stay right here to keep on FR 46 and drive another 3.6 miles before making a right turn onto FR 63 for Bagby Campground.

Proceed 3.3 miles, and turn right onto FR 6320.

Go 1.3 miles, and keep right at a Y-junction on gravel FR 6322.

Drive 6.0 miles to the junction with FR 4620, and make a left here.

After 1.3 miles, keep left at a junction.

Continue 1.8 miles (The road gets progessively narrower as Sitka alder brushes your vehicle on both sides) to a Y-junction.

The trailhead is up the spur road on the right: you can park there or in the grassy pullout on the left side of the road.
