Rogue Camp Tacoma

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Camp Tacoma has several nice sandy campsites next to the river. (Paul)

Description

This is the first big campsite from the west end of the trail.

During the heavy boating season, if you have one tent as a hiker, you might be harassed by groups of boaters that think of this as their site.

There are bear proof enclosures and an outhouse.

There are a couple campsites west of here at Flora Dell Creek and Hicks Creek that wouldn't have so many boaters.
