Ridgefield Loop Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Ridgefield Loop Junction (Steve Hart, complete with shadow)

This is a trail junction in the Carty Unit of the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge. Here the Oaks to Wetlands Trail splits for the first time in the middle of a grove of stately oaks. North of here the main trail (right fork) parallels another trail that doubles as a service road (left fork) for a bit. The trails come back together a short distance north of here, cross a small foot bridge and then separate into three trails.
