Painted Hills Overlook Hike

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

The Painted Hills from the Overlook Trail (Steve Hart)
Antelope near the trailhead (Steve Hart)
More "painted" hills off to the west (Steve Hart)
False dandelion (Steve Hart)

Hike Description

This is a very easy hike up a small ridge next to the Painted Hills. Since the hills themselves are off-limits, this ridge provides the best views of the area. This is one of those places that has a different view with every step. Watch for antelope, eagles and deer here.
