Driving Directions
From Portland, drive east on US Highway 26 through the town of Madras.
Then continue south on US 97 about 18 miles to the sign for Crooked River Ranch. It's just after the Crooked River high bridge and just before the town of Terrebonne.
At the sign for Crooked River Ranch, turn right on Lower Bridge Road. Follow it for 2.0 miles, and make another right on 43rd Street.
Follow 43rd Street for 1.7 miles, and turn left on Chinook Drive.
Go 5 miles on Chinook. After a steep descend, go straight on to Horny Hollow Road (don't take Chinook Drive back up the switchback)
Go 1.7 miles on Horny Hollow Road until the road ends at a gravel O-loop and trailhead parking.
