Lodgepole-Lodgepole Tie Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Sickle-top lousewort (Pedicularis racemosa) - common in this area (bobcat)

Description

This unmarked junction, just east of Skyline Road (FR 4220), marks where a short connector trail leads east from the Lodgepole Trail #706 to meet the Pacific Crest Trail #2000. The tie trail can be used when doing the Russ Lake Loop Hike or to take a shortcut to the Olallie Meadows Trailhead from the Pacific Crest Trail.
