Description
Plaques at the junction of the BPA Road and Firelane 12 commemorate the acquisition of a 73-acre enclave within Forest Park in 1999. The land had been slated for development but Metro, Portland Parks & Recreation, and the Friends of Forest Park initiated a campaign and raised funding to support the purchase of the property.
