Gunsight Butte-Camp Windy Trail Junction

Description

Here the Gunsight Butte Trail #685 meets the Camp Windy Trail #685B on a shallow saddle on the southern stretch of the Gunsight Butte Ridge. The junction is unsigned and can be easily missed. The Camp Windy Trail descends in short order past a lush spring to the Bennett Pass Road (FR 3550).
