First Elk Lake Creek Ford

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

The first ford of Elk Lake Creek coming from the northern trailhead (RobFromRedland)

The Elk Lake Creek Trail crosses Elk Lake Creek twice, both times by wadeable fords. This crossing, the lower one, is probably the easier of the two. It can be a rock hop in very low water, but it's normally a knee deep wade over slick rocks.
