Erratic Rock Trailhead

Driving Directions

Drive I-5 South to Exit 294 for 99W, Tigard and Newberg.

Keep on 99 West through Tigard, Sherwood, Newberg and Dundee for 22.9 miles and then turn left onto Highway 18 for Dayton and the Oregon Coast.

Drive 12.3 miles and turn right on Oldsville Road at the brown sign for “Glacial Rock.”

In 0.2 miles, bear left at the intersection with McCabe Chapel Road and continue another 1.7 miles on Oldsville Road to a parking pullout on the left near a farmhouse. The trail leads up on the right side of the road.

Note: If you miss the turn off of Highway 18, a second turnoff for Oldsville Road is 14.5 miles from the 99W/18 intersection. Make a sharp right here and head up Oldsville Road for 0.8 miles to the parking pullout on the right side of the road.
