Bumping Knots-Hollie's Point of View Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Heading towards the junction on the Hollie's Point of View Trail (bobcat)

At the end of the Hollie's Point of View Trail, there's an overlook of Brooke Creek, although the creek is not really visible. The Bumping Knots Trail leads down a ridge to the beginning of the Bumping Knots Loop, which descends to Williams Creek.

"Bumping knots" is the process of delimbing felled timber - usually with an ax, not a chainsaw.
