Ecola State Park 03/02/2008

Posted by TRAILRUNNER (2008-03-04)
Here is a quick report on my trip out to Ecola State Park on Sunday. I saw the report posted by palegreenstarz the other week and was inspired to get out to the coast.

We started hiking at Ecola State Park and headed to Indian Beach. Once I got to Indian Beach I followed the Clatsop Trail to Hikers Camp.

Here are a few photos from my trip.

Thanks to everyone for posting their inspiring trip reports.

Amazing pictures.... I was planning on a short backpack trip on BayOcean Spit but after talking to the Chamber it doesn't sound inspiring...  Would this be a good trek right now to hike into and camp?
