Hikes starting here


Driving Directions

From Eugene, travel west on Highway 126 for 33.0 miles.

Turn left (south) on Siuslaw Rd.

Travel 1.6 miles turning right on a bridge onto Road #18-8-28.

Travel this road for 1.5 miles, turning to the left onto Dunn Ridge Road

Continue on this road for 7.0 miles to a "T" intersection where the pavement ends. Turn left onto Road #18-8-9 (Knowles Creek Road).

After 1.1 miles you will pass a small pond on your left near Roman Nose Mountain.

Immediately after passing this pond the road splits three ways, stay on the center road.

1.7 miles beyond the small pond turn right onto Road 23.

Travel for 1.6 miles and turn left at intersection of Road 23 & 919.

Drive 5.5 miles, trailhead is on the right.
