Description
Munson Creek Falls spill in five tiers and are 319’ high; this is the tallest waterfall in the Oregon Coast Range. Only three tiers are visible from the viewpoint at the end of the trail. The trail used to extend farther to the base of the falls, but that section was wiped out during the 1996 winter storm.
The falls are in a pocket of protected forest surrounded by private timberland, now mostly clearcut.
