Description
Mosier Creek Falls is a 100-foot two-tiered waterfall with a plunge pool that serves as a summer swimming hole in between the two tiers. Wildflowers, including Suksdorf's desert parsley, prairie star, northwestern saxifrage, chickweed monkey flower, and rosy plectritis, bloom here in the spring.
Josiah Mosier settled in this area in 1854 and used the waterfall to power his sawmill.
