McMillan Creek

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Revision as of 00:34, 9 October 2015 by Bobcat (Talk | contribs)

McMillan Creek, Nehalem Bay (bobcat)

Description

McMillan Creek rises in the hills behind Rockaway Beach, runs behind the community of Manhattan Beach, and reaches Nehalem Bay near the Nehalem Bay Mouth at the tidal flat sit shares with Jetty Creek. The South Jetty allows you to walk above these flats: keep your eyes out for waterfowl, including wading birds such as herons and egrets.
