Description
Joyce Lake is a 2.8 acre mountain lake surrounded by old growth on Bureau of Land Management land near the western border of the Mt. Hood National Forest. It’s a lovely secluded spot in a very remote area. Brook and cutthroat trout can be fished here, and the lake is well-known among for its crawdads. A loop trail leads around the lake and the old Boundary Trail (later the Baty Butte Trail #545) passes through here.
