Description

This is a trail junction and an informal trailhead deep in Eagle Creek campground. You'll need to park near the Eagle Creek Suspension Bridge and hike up the campground road about 200 feet to a sign reading Gorge Trail. Follow the Gorge Trail above the campground for a bit and you'll come to a fence guarding a dropoff to I-84. About half way along this fence, you'll come to a campsite. Follow the road to campsite 5. From here, Buck Point Trail heads up to Buck Point and Ruckel Ridge. The Gorge Trail continues east to the Ruckel Creek Bridge and the base of the Ruckel Creek Trail.
