Description
Despite its name, Dry Creek is far from dry. Dry Creek Falls is one of the more impressive waterfalls in the Gorge. The waterfall is a Horsetail form, dropping through a thinner spot in a large flow of columnar basalt.
Just below the falls is an abandoned water control structure that once provided the city of Cascade Locks with water.
