Description

This is the third jeep road junction (all unsigned) in the vicinity of Carpenters Lake. The Aldrich Butte Trail tunes sharply south up the ridge here, while the Aldrich PCT Bypass Trail follows another old track north towards Table Mountain, cutting off the meanders of the Pacific Crest Trail.
