how bad is Rd 41 to Bluff Mt TH (Silver Star)

I recently drove my Honda Element 4 miles up Rd 41 to the Starway TH. It was pretty miserable. How is it beyond that, the 5 miles or so up to Bluff Mt. I did it a couple times in my Outback, but it was so long ago, and I'm hoping for more recent reports.

It's better beyond Starway and is more of a typical FS road. The portion from Sunset Campground to Starway is the worst part. Just did it this last Sunday. Six cars at the Bluff Mt TH (not bad but more than I expected).

There was still a steady drip of water on the north side of Bluff, about 3.2ish miles from the TH.
