Soda Peaks and Siouxon Creek area

Post by kja78 » January 12th, 2018, 9:59 am

Does anyone know the trail conditions and road conditions of these two hikes? Going to be in the area and was thinking of hiking one or if time permits both. Please help let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Kevin,

With the snow level rising this weekend, both should be open (unless you are thinking of using the high trail to Soda Peaks Lake). I haven't heard anything about trail conditions, but we haven't had any severe storms that would have caused real damage. Expect some lingering snow up near Soda Peaks Lake, because it is almost 3,400 feet high.

Let us know how it goes!
