Southern Oregon - or more accurately Southwest Oregon - is one of the most biodiverse places in the state. We've got everything from sagebrush to madrones to oaks to pines - sometimes along the same trail depending on aspect. It's a pretty amazing mix and not exactly like the Coast Range or the Cascades - although its got those ecosystems in the mix too. And then there's Big Foot...
